Where are you located?
We are located right on the border of Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor. My suite is in Hair Essentials Salon Studios which is a part of Glencoe Crossing, the plaza that houses Secretary of State. Conveniently located near US-23/I-94. Press 8 then 🔔 to be buzzed in!
Please be sure to familiarize yourself with our salon policies before your scheduled appointment time!
What are your delivery options?
We ship USPS priority mail which typically arrives within 1-3 business days. We ask for 3-5 business days to process your order.
What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns on any products at any time. If you feel you are unhappy with your service/order we do ask that you contact us as we would like to be made aware of the problem and any possible way we can improve your experience.
