It is our service standard to cater to every client’s needs and desires as much as possible therefore we do not accept walk ins.  We recommend booking your appointment prior to your arrival by clicking the appointments tab at the top of the page. Appointments are subject to availability.  If you have any special requests, please let us know when booking your appointment to ensure your needs are met. Be sure to prebook your next appointment while you’re in the salon for preferred appointment times.


Children and Guests

No children or additional guests are allowed in the salon unless being serviced. There are no exceptions. We apologize for any inconvenience. There are many safety concerns in a salon.  We ask that you do not bring any children unless they are being serviced. The same goes for any additional guests. No one should be in a styling/service area without an invitation from your stylist.


Late Arrivals


If you are going to be late please contact us at your earliest convenience. If you arrive 15 minutes past your scheduled service time, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and a 50% rescheduling fee will be assessed.  If we are able to honor your appointment, a $15 late fee will be assessed.




Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Missing an appointment, cancelling or rescheduling an appointment within 24 hours will result in a 

cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment valuw. If you miss two standing appointments, all consecutive standing appointments will be cancelled.


No Shows


“No Call-No Show” clients will not be allowed to book future appointments with Randi Hicks Hair Care.


Forms of Payment

We accept Debit Cards and Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express), cash. Payment is due immediately upon service completion. All sales are final and there are absolutely no refunds.


Gift Certificates

Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift certificates are non-refundable, but they are transferable.





Tipping is left at the discretion of each client. The industry standard is 15%- 20% of the service total prior to discounts or incentive offers. For your convenience you can leave a gratuity on your credit card if so desired. If you are serviced by our assistants, you are welcome to tip them for their services which prevent long wait times. Our Signature Team greatly appreciates your generosity.





Randi Hicks Hair Care uses industry leading products for licensed professionals. We will not use your personal products unless they are prescribed by your doctor. 




We do not service (wash, tighten, take down, etc.) weaves/extensions that were not installed by Randi Hicks Hair Care.


We will not reinstall hair extensions that require piecing together from cutting the wefts.


We will not reuse hair after a takedown service. You must remove it and arrive with it shampooed and conditioned and completely dry with all old thread removed.  No exceptions. 


•    Hair must be correctly separated and labeled with lengths attached to the bundles/packs of hair. Please do not bring hair that is dirty, jumbled up, tangled or wet.

 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

Please Note: Chemical services, blowouts and haircuts are subject to an additional charge depending on density, thickness and length of hair.
